| 摘 要： | 高校学报作为一类学术期刊,以其科学性、知识性和学术性构成自己的性质,反映高校科研领域的新成果、新动态,并为教学与科研服务,因此学报质量的好坏、社会影响的范围、作者投稿的多少,均取决于编辑素质的高低.根据科技期刊林立、竞争十分激烈的现状,分析学报编辑的特点和素质,探讨提高编辑素质的途径,展望21世纪编辑工作面临的新的机遇和挑战.

| Abstract: | Journals of colleges and universities as a kind of academic periodicals, reflect new achievements and activities of scientific research in colleges and universities, serving teaching and further researching. Quality of journals, their social influences and the number of contributions all depend on the quality of deitors. According to the current competitive situation, the paper analyses the characteristics and quality of journal editing, discusses the ways of improving editors' quality and forecasts the new opportunities and challenges in the 21st century. |
