| 摘 要： | 受“SCI效应”和“融媒体时代”等的影响,与其他中文医学期刊一样,《协和医学杂志》的发展也遭遇了前所未有的“瓶颈”制约。如何突破“瓶颈”,在众多医学期刊中脱颖而出,成为编辑部亟须探索的重要命题。通过实践证明,《协和医学杂志》从发掘编委潜能着手,通过重建编委会功能、改变组稿和出版策略等不断提高期刊的内容质量和传播质量,是突破“瓶颈”、提高中文医学期刊影响力的有效途径。
