| 摘 要： | 诚信是科研之本,医学研究生作为一个特殊的科研工作群体,其学术诚信建设更要引起社会的广泛重视,而学术诚信建设是学术期刊应承担的社会职责。文章在分析医学研究生学术失信表现及原因的基础上,从期刊视角提出了事前的预防与引导机制、审稿完善机制、责任编辑学术诚信负责制、导师学术诚信负责制、学术诚信控制机制等医学研究生的学术诚信建设机制,以期全方位预防和遏制医学研究生的学术失信行为,净化学术环境,促进期刊的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Integrity is the foundation of scientific research. As a special research work group, medical graduate students must attract the attention of the society, and we must pay more attention to the academic integrity construction of medical graduate students. Academic journals should take the social responsibility for the construction of academic integrity. This paper first analyzed the performance and causes of academic dishonesty behavior of medical graduate students, then proposed academic integrity construction mechanisms from the perspective of journals, such as pre-existing prevention and guidance mechanism, review and improvement mechanism, editor responsible for academic integrity mechanism, tutor responsible for academic integrity mechanism, integrity check mechanism, and so on. We hope to prevent and contain academic allegations of medical graduate students, purify the academic environment and promote the sustainable development for medical journals. |
