| 摘 要： | 科技期刊是学术传播的重要载体,也是智库的重要知识来源。我国科技期刊与智库建设的水平相比于发达国家仍有较大差距。如何在培育世界一流科技期刊的大背景下,充分发挥和提升科技期刊的智库功能,实现科技期刊与智库的功能融合,促进两者互动发展是需要认真审视的问题。建议重新定位科技期刊的价值和功能,挖掘科技期刊在提供咨询和评价、捕捉科技热点、培养和整合人才、搭建交流平台、打造全媒体宣传、促进学科建设、催生智库产品等多方面的功能,探索建设智库型期刊和媒体智库的措施,为培育世界一流科技期刊提供有效路径。

| Abstract: | Scientific journals are not only the pivotal platform for academic circulation, but also represent key knowledge resources for think tank.We think it is urgent to seriously explore how to fully exploit and promote their roles in think tank and promote the fusion of scientific journals with think tank under the background of cultivating world-class scientific journals. It is necessary to reinforce and expand the think tank functions of scientific journals,Such as providing consultation and evaluation, catching scientific hot topic, training and integrating talents, building communication platform and all-media promotion, promoting discipline construction, and producing think-tank products. It can be a very effective and highly efficient path for cultivating world-leading scientific journals via exploiting the think-tank functions of scientific journals. |
