摘    要:优秀青年编辑是我国加快实施创新驱动发展战略的重要补充力量,其学术能力提升则是我国建设世界一流科技期刊的必经之路。该研究从青年编辑所在出版单位角度,提出青年编辑学术能力提升的6条策略,包括实行导师培养制度、提供同等学术条件、给予足够发展空间、推动科研项目立项、提供继续教育机会和举办专业技能比赛。此外,还从青年编辑自身角度,提出了其学术能力自我提升相关建议,包括树立从事学术研究的信心、积极参与学术活动和有效利用互联网学术资源等。

Abstract:Young editors are an important force for China to accelerate the implementation of the strategy of innovation-driven development. The improvement of academic ability of young editors is the necessary way for China to build world-class scientific journals. From the perspective of the publishing institutions of young editors,this study proposed six strategies for improving the academic ability of young editors,including creating mentoring system, providing equal academic conditions,giving enough development space, promoting approval of research projects,providing further education opportunities,and organizing professional skills competitions. In addition,from the perspective of young editors,we also put forward suggestions on their academic ability self-improvement,including building the self-confidence of engaging in academic researches,actively participating in academic activities,and learning to use internet resources effectively.
