| 摘 要： | 期刊与新兴媒体的深度融合是科技期刊未来发展的必然方向,这一发展趋势对科技期刊编辑提出了新的角色要求与工作职责.广大“科技期刊人”要善于转变思维观念、更新编辑理念,构建新媒体发展思维;同时要不断提升自身能力素养,培养与“融媒体”相适应的综合业务能力,尽快成长为集优秀编辑素养、深厚学术素养和出色媒介技术素养为一体的复合型编辑人才.

| Abstract: | The deep integration of periodicals and new media is the inevitable direction of the future development of sci-tech periodicals.This trend puts forward new roles and responsibilities for editors of sci-tech periodicals.The majority of the " scientific journals" must be good at changing ideas,renewing the idea of editing,and establishing new media development thinking.At the same time,they should improve their ability,and cultivate comprehensive business ability associated with convergence media,so as to grow up as soon as possible into talented editors with excellent editing literacy,deep academic background and outstanding media literacy. |
