| 摘 要： | 结合科学引文索引数据库的初衷及其由来、SCI 收录的局限性、影响因子的初衷到《旧金山科研评估宣言》,阐述了 SCI 的学术和商业本质,论证了引导国内科技工作者将科研成果特别是原创性成果在我国期刊发表的建议,不仅有利于促进国内科研环境的和谐与持续发展,而且有利于进一步提升我国科技期刊的学术影响力.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the academic and commercial nature of SCI combined with original intention of Science Citation Index (SCI) combined with original intention and origin of SCI, limitations of journals cited by SCI,original intention of impact factors,San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment. And some examples are given to illustrate the suggestions for Chinese scientific and technical researchers to publish their research results,especially original achievements,in domestic journals with full copyrights. This not only helps to promote the harmonious and sustainable development of the domestic research environment,but also helps to further enhance the academic influence of sci-tech journals in China. |
