| 摘 要： | 阐述资源梳理如何帮助青年编辑从重复、琐碎的日常工作中提升业务能力,重塑职业认同感.稿件是编辑工作的核心.本文从同行评议和编辑加工2方面出发,阐明青年编辑应及时对稿件资源进行特定梳理,以专业知识和研究方向为主题,提取、加工、组织和聚合信息,使稿件资源体系化,扩充信息储备,进而提升送审、编辑加工和组稿等能力,并能保持工作热情.
