| 摘 要： | 总结北航文化传媒集团的英文版期刊《Chinese Journal of Aeronautics》近10 年间的发展历程,阐述如何在管理体制、人才保障、质量控制、办刊手段以及品牌运营几方面对传统的英文"老"刊进行专业化经营,在出版行业飞速发展的时期紧跟时代步伐,探索出一条将国际先进办刊模式与中国特色的办刊实际相结合的专业化办刊之路.

| Abstract: | Based on the accelerated development of Chinese Journal of Aeronautics from Beihang Cultural Media Group,this paper summarizes the measures to run a traditional English journal from the aspects of mechanism, talents, quality control, international promotion as well as skills updating,which help to cultivate a road of professionally running a journal combining both the advanced international publishing mode and real situations of Chinese characteristics. |
