| 摘 要： | 在多模式集中办刊和融媒发展的背景下,资源环境科技期刊集群的出版功能和知识服务体系构建正处于积极拓展的阶段.本文从出版、运营、服务和宣传等角度提出了刊群体系融合和内部优化建设的6项策略:单刊和刊群有效结合,实现资源集成化、共享化发展;优化刊群结构,明确英文刊、特色刊和精品中文刊发展定位;创建资源环境领域科学数据与期刊论文关联出版实践平台;运用新媒体技术增强富媒体出版和集群平台增值服务能力;深入探索期刊集群由学术传播向深层次、个性化知识服务衍生的模式和途径;依托学科特色鲜明的系列学术会议提升LoRES平台的传播功能,并提出了刊群向外拓展建设的方向和可能性,以推动跨媒介的学术出版平台和学术交流平台转型升级为中国特色新型智库建设的重要支撑力量.

| Abstract: | Under the media convergence and cluster development background,the publishing function and knowledge service system of the clustered journals of resources and environment sciences is in the stage of positive development.This paper puts forward six strategies for the sustainable development of the periodical clusters from the perspective of publishing,operation,service and publicity.The single journal and journal clusters should be combined to realize the development of the information integration and sharing,to optimize the structure of the journals and make clear the characteristics of the different kinds of journals,to establish a platform for scientific data publication in the resource environment domain,to explore the mode and approach of knowledge service of the periodical clusters platform,and to rely on the distinctive series of academic conferences to enhance the communication function of the journal clusters.These strategies promote the clustered journals of resources and environment sciences by transforming and upgrading the support strength of China think tank construction. |
