| 摘 要： | 根据长期从事科技论文和期刊评估研究的经验 ,总结出一套利用期刊文献类型、期刊影响力、国际显示度等多项指标综合评估科技论文质量的方法 ,为科研管理部门提供了一种不同于一刀切式管理模式的具体操作方法 ,也为科技期刊编辑部门组织、遴选好稿源提供一些指标依据
