| 摘 要： | 在当今数字化时代,科技期刊数字化出版发展十分迅速,对期刊编辑的素质提出了更高的要求。科技期刊编辑必须在主观意识上发生根本性转变:增强良性竞争意识和创新意识,增强期刊定位的意识,具有更加高远的前瞻性;不断提高专业水平;熟练掌握数字化编辑技术。只有这样,才能促进数字化出版的不断深化,实现科技期刊的网络化和信息化。

| Abstract: | With the development of digital publishing,the quality of editors is the key factor affecting the quality of sci-tech periodicals.Editors of sci-tech periodicals must strengthen their consciousness of competition and creativity,and have definite consciousness of orientation and the consideration on the construction of the journals.In addition,editors should also improve their professional competence,and be familiar with computer techniques. |
