| Abstract: | The importance of optimal topic choosing is put forward in the paper, and the quality and requirements of the editors for optimizing the choosing in the sci-tech periodicals are discussed. How the editors optimize the choosing to direct the development of researches, promote academic exchanges and make most use of the bridge and window roe of sci-tech periodicals are also explained. |
