| 摘 要： | 文章指出目前国内有关科技期刊学术会议内容设置中存在的5个问题:过多地讨论期刊评价指标和SCI的相关问题,过分关注国外的出版机构,过多地交流创办英文期刊的经验,忽视国内同行间对办刊理论和经验体会的交流,会议规模日益庞大、研讨形式却日渐式微。针对会议内容同质化的现状,提出3项有助于改进的措施:设计会议交流的主题时应该倡导学术交流、力争回归办刊的本源,注重编辑学理论研究和经验体会的交流,增设提高期刊编辑综合能力的讲座。

| Abstract: | This paper points out five problems existing in the schedule of academic meeting of journals in China:1) too much discussion on the evaluation index and SCI, 2) focusing on foreign publishing institution excessively, 3) too much exchange of experience of periodicals in English, 4) homogenized contents of conference and neglect of the exchange of experience between domestic peers in the running of journals, 5) the scale of conference becomes larger while the formal of discussion fades away. Three improvement measures are put forward, when designing the theme of conference, we should pay attention to return to the nature of the journal, pay attention to the research of editing theory, and add lectures to improve the comprehensive ability of journal editors. |
