| 摘 要： | 同行评议是科技期刊非常重要的质量控制机制,而编辑、审稿专家和作者是同行评议过程中的关键因素,对同行评议制度的有效实施至关重要。本文旨在提出三者之间关系的重构与强化的策略:期刊编辑与审稿专家之间的合作与约束关系,审稿专家与作者的双向交流关系,期刊编辑与作者的反馈与诉求关系,从而建立稳定的三角关系,提升同行评议质量。

| Abstract: | Peer review is a very important quality control system for scientific journals. Editors, reviewers and authors are the most critical factors in the peer review process. They are essential for the effective implementation of the peer review systems. The strategy of constructing and strengthening is proposed for them, including the cooperation and constraint relationship between journal editors and reviewers, the two-way communication relationship between the reviewers and the authors, the feedback and appeal relationships between the journal editors and the authors, thus establish a stable triangular relationship and improve the quality of peer review in scientific journals. |
