| 摘 要： | 隐性学术不端行为不能单纯借助学术不端检测系统进行判断,识别难度大。本文总结了科技期刊初审阶段包括作者信息不实、署名不当和基金项目标注不实/不当3个方面的特征和表现类型,并结合文献和《肝胆胰外科杂志》编辑部的真实案例进行分析阐述,提出从科技期刊严把初审关、科研机构和科研工作者加强学术诚信教育以及监管部门立法监督和惩处学术不端3个防范措施,共同营造良好的学术环境。

| Abstract: | Hidden academic misconduct cannot be judged simply by academic misconduct detection system, therefore it is difficult to identify. This paper summarizes the characteristics and types of manifestation in the preliminary review stage of sci-tech journals, including false information of authors, inappropriate authorship, and the false and inappropriate labeling of fund projects, then analyzes and illustrates the literature and the real cases of the editorial department of Journal of Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery. We put three preventive measures to create a good academic environment:strict preliminary examination of sci-tech journals, strengthening academic integrity education of sci-tech research institutions and researchers, and legislative supervision and punishment of academic misconduct by supervisory departments. |
