| 摘 要： | 超前思维是一种科学的、具创造性的革命思维,具有否定性(或创新性)、独立性、变革性和超越性4大基本特征.期刊主编的思维越超前,所办的期刊就越具创新特色.超常的洞察力、科学的预测力和多元的思维力是评价主编思维超前性的3个必备条件.前2个条件是主编思维超前的外在表现,第3个条件则是超前思维形成的内在机制.

| Abstract: | Extraordinary thought is a scientific thought with negative or creative, independent, revolutionary and exceeding characteristics. The more extraordinary the thought of editor in chief is, the more creative the periodical is. The three necessary terms of judging the extraordinary thought of editor in chief are extraordinary insight, scientific forecasting and pluralistic thought. The former two terms are the external expressions, and the third one is the internal mechanism of the extraordinary thought. |
