电子采编平台上学术期刊编辑流程时间控制及其优化

摘    要:为了缓解学术期刊较长的发表时滞对期刊发展的不利影响,以《排灌机械工程学报》1年内录用和已发表论文样本为研究对象,系统分析其电子采编平台流程中的时间分配结构,定义了期刊编辑过程中的可控时间与不可控时间组合,提出了可行的优化方案,为缩短期刊发表时滞、提高电子采编平台的出版效率提供借鉴。

Abstract:In order to alleviate the negative influence on the development of journals brought by the comparatively long time-lag of academic journal publication, the present paper puts forward an accessible optimization scheme and provides a reference for minimizing time-lag of journal publication and maximizing the efficiency of electronic editing platform based on sample articles accepted and published in one year by Journal of Drainage and Irrigation Machinery Engineering. the paper systemically analyzes the structure of time-allocation during the process of journal electronic editing, defines the combination of controllable and uncontrollable time during the editing process of the journal, in order to shorten the periodical publication delay, and improve the efficiency of electronic editing platform.
