| 摘 要： | 认为学术期刊编辑的独立人格精神的主要表现是编辑对刊物的选题策划有独到见解，对刊物进行准确的市场定位，以及在期刊生产和管理过程中坚持自主性等。培养编辑的独立人格精神，要强调提高编辑的专业学术不水平和工作能力，并拓宽知识面。指出树立独立人格精神在编辑实践中有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The author holds that the editors should have their own viewpoints on the topic choosing and development planning for their academi c journals. This is the first important thing in establishing the independence s pirit of the editors. The other vital aspects include the reasonable judgment on the scientific level of the papers, the proper policy making in journal marketi ng and distribution, and the editors' independence in journal production and man agement. To develop and ensure the independence spirit of the academic journal e ditors, the following issues should be stressed: editors' level and status in th eir own disciplines, editors' capability in socializing, writing and organizing , and editors' learning in all related fields. |
