| 摘 要： | 通过对当前编辑初审情况的了解,分析当前影响论文写作的要素以及对其进行量化操作的原因及可能性.在此基础上定性分析量化指标体系建立及运作的原理,对科技期刊编辑初审的量化研究提出一种新的思路和操作模式.

| Abstract: | According to the survey of existing preliminary review by editors,some factors influencing the paper writing were analyzed together with the reasons and possibilities of quantization.Based on this,a qualitative analysis was carried out for the establishment of an indicator system and its operation principles.The proposed method provides a new concept and mode for quantization study on preliminary review for sci-tech periodicals. |
