| Abstract: | The function of scientific editing is determined by the editorial quality which lies in whether the social psychological requirements are met by the psychological quality and structure of the cohort of editors and by the social factors affecting their psychological activities. The author discusses the editorial psychology of science and technology as to the common psychological needs of readers and authors, the required psychological quality of editorial staff, social factors influencing editor's psychological activities, and the best psychological activities in editorial practice. |
