| 摘 要： | 审核审稿在科技期刊中的作用，责任编辑与同行专家审稿是保证科技期刊质量的关键，指出审稿应为学术造诣精深、学风严谨、为人正直、科学道德高尚的尝得，并建议重新编纂一部学科齐全、专业结构和年龄结构合理的审稿人名典。

| Abstract: | Editorial Department of Journal of Hainan University, 570228,Haikou, ChinaThe authors elaborate the effects of peer review on sci tech periodicals, think that the editors and reviewers are key factors in guaranteeing the quality of sci tech periodicals, and point out that reviewers should be such scholars with great academic attainments, meticulous learning attitude, upright behavior, and noble moral toward science. Meanwhile the paper puts forward a suggestion on recompiling a name dictionary of reviewers which should cover the experts in all subjects and have a resonable speciality distribution, and in which the experts included in the name dictionary should be young and promising and have both ability and integrity. |
