| 摘 要： | 探索并优化新技术环境中船舶类期刊集群的知识信息服务与处理能力.根据新技术环境与知识管理需求,构建了新技术环境中船舶类期刊集群信息融合服务模型.基于此类模型,开发并实现了船舶信息融合服务应用平台.应用新技术,船舶类期刊集群衍生了较多的信息服务类产品,提高了船舶类期刊集群的信息融合服务能力与处理能力,获得了与用户共赢的服务成果.

| Abstract: | The objective of this paper is to optimize the knowledge information service and processing capacity of the ship journals cluster.Combined with the new technology environment and knowledge management needs,this paper builds an information fusion service model for the ship journals.Based on the model,the application platform of ship information fusion service is developed and realized.By applying the new technology,the ship journals have derived a number of information service products,improved the ship journals information fusion service capabilities and processing capacity,and gained win-win results with the user. |
