| 摘 要： | 对《中华微生物学和免疫学杂志》2005-2016年刊出的457篇临床研究论文的伦理批准和知情同意情况进行统计分析.结果发现,获得伦理委员会批准的总的比例为17.3％,获得知情同意总的比例为26.0％,既获得伦理委员会批准又获得知情同意的论文比例为12.9％.提出加强医学研究的伦理审查、提高医学论文伦理水平的建议.

| Abstract: | The ethics approval and informed consent of 457 papers about medical clinical research published in Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology from 2005 to 2016 were statistically analyzed.It was found the total percentage of ethics committee approval was 17.3％,informed consent was 26.0％,and percentage of obtaining both types was 12.9％.The authors put forward the strategies for ethical review about medical research,in order to improve the level of ethics in the papers. |
