| Abstract: | Through introducing the developmental process and experiences of three journals of soil and water conservation, it is concluded that the development of scientific journals should keep up with the current situation, take the advantage of good opportunity and mobilize the enthusiasm of editors. With the external and internal forces, scientific journals can be upgraded. |
