| Abstract: | The tendency of the journal development is industralization and collectivization. In this paper, it points out that the sci-tech journals in universities should change their concepts in order to adapt to the market, impulse the industralization, and accelerate the collectivization to realize the collective management mode by focusing on the key subjects. |
