| 摘 要： | 分析新形势下我国数字化期刊侵权的主要表现及侵权隐患,指出完善著作权相关法律法规,构建合法使用机制是保护数字化期刊版权的当务之急。提出加强立法和技术研究,建立著作权专人负责制或聘请法律顾问,建立著作权集体保护制度,建立国家的数字版权交易平台等群防群治对策,呼吁人们一切从保护作者的合法权益出发,妥善解决好数字化期刊"海量作品授权难"问题。强调新媒体和新模式条件下版权保护最佳方法是"一对一授权"。
