| 摘 要： | 阐述科技期刊学术影响力及其综合评价的意义,介绍我国科技期刊学术影响力的现状。认为提出提高我国科技期刊学术影响力首先应注重提升我国的基础科技实力,其次应从国家层面扶持和引导科技期刊实施分级管理并培育具有国际竞争力的科技期刊、鼓励优质稿源在国内期刊发表、搭建科技期刊发布平台、妥善处理科技期刊市场化与公益化的关系、实现经营模式多样化,最后还要建设高素质的办刊队伍。
