| Abstract: | Reading and evaluation can be divided into many types from different angles. Regardless of varies types, it can be classified into the following four kinds: reading before printing, reading after printing, reading and evaluation by periodical's editors, and reading and evaluation by outside experts. These four types have advantages and disadvantages respectively. Much attention should be paid to the advantage complementation of the four kinds of reading and evaluation, so as to optimize the effect. |
