| 摘 要： | 近期不断有朋友给我发微信或电子函件,讨论GB/T7714-2015《信息与文献 参考文献著录规则》(以下称新标准)存在的"编校失误",有同人还撰文提出"修订"建议.作为参与新标准修订工作的我有责任在此统一作以下回答.
1 需要马上修订吗?
2015年12月1日实施的新标准,是参照IS0 690:2010《信息和文献参考文献著录指南》、继承了GB/T 7714-2005《文后参考文献著录规则》的基本内容修订而成的,其结构科学、规则正确、条款简明、方法实用,无须马上修订.对于新标准,现在需要的是在业界大力宣贯,各个学科、各种发表形式的论著的编辑和作者都应认真学习、积极实施.

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the necessities and problems in the media convergence, and brings forward that the convergence should be carried out based on thinking concept, reasonable level positioning, optimization of labor division and building of platishers, in order to take full advantage of the three types of media, and thus improve influence and competitiveness of sci-tech journals. |
