| 摘 要： | 随着生物医学研究的发展,生物样本库的建设越来越受到重视.文章概述生物样本库研究中主要的伦理问题,如知情同意、隐私保护、数据商业化、数据共享、结果反馈及公众支持等.提出生物医学期刊编辑对论文进行审查的几个要点,以对稿件中的伦理问题做到合理审查.

| Abstract: | The core idea of the economic principle is "Entities should not be multiplied unnecessarily". In scientific activities, it is a scientific concept and methodology. Particularly, in activities of sci-tech journal editors, it is a necessary, generalized and simple way of thinking. This paper discusses the value of this idea in topic planning, paper review, optimizing paper structure and way of content expression, especially how to apply the economic principles in citation, graphics and mathematic linguistics. |
