| 摘 要： | 为了全面地研究编辑与作者的关系,构建学术期刊与作者之间和谐互动、相互促进、共同发展的良好氛围,将编辑和作者大体上区分为理想型、功利型和制度型,从一个侧面研究不同类型编辑与不同类型作者之间的博弈关系,以便能够比较清楚地了解不同角色的行为特点。

| Abstract: | In order to comprehensively analyze the relationship between editors and authors,and establish a harmonic atmosphere,this paper divides editors and authors into three types: ideal,benefit oriented and institutional,respectively.Furthermore,the games between different types of editors and authors are discussed,and their different characters are described. |
