| 摘 要： | 为了保证论文中作者单位标注的正确性和一致性,建立一个正确、规范的作者单位中、英文名称数据库,在以后审核作者单位名称标注是否正确时,就可以直接参照数据库中的内容,如二者不一致,就把这个修订工作交给WORD VBA的宏命令来完成.通过编程以实现作者单位名称的自动替换,避免了人工修改容易产生的拼写错误和格式错误.

| Abstract: | In order to ensure correctness and consistency of thesis author units, establish a correct author unit database which is in accordance with the journal requires. At a later time, the expression of author unit in thesis can be correct in according to the name of author unit database. Using WORD VBA macro commands, the work of replacing the name of author unit can be finished automatically through programming, and the manual errors of spelling and formatting can be avoided. |
