| Abstract: | This paper introduces the successful experience drawn by the editorial department of Journal of Chemical Industry and Engineering (China) in talent cultivation under the instruction of Chemical Industry Press. Details about the effective ways , adopted methods for fostering editors and achievements are also elaborated. It concludes that talent cultivation plays an important role in the development of the journal. |
