| 摘 要： | 我国是科技论文出产的大国,但不是科技学术期刊的强国。造成这种状态的原因很多,而国家自然科学基金管理的漏洞是其中主要原因之一。作为期刊界的全国人大代表,本次会议中所提的建议为:完善我国国家自然科学基金管理,对提高我国的科技期刊质量具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | China is not a strong country in term of science journals though we produce a lot of new science articles every year.One important reason is that there are some holes in the management of the national natural science fund of China.As a deputy to the National People's Congress representing the periodical circle,the author had proposed that the management of the national natural science fund should be perfected for the purpose of enhancing the quality of Chinese science journals. |
