| 摘 要： | 由于来稿的电子插图很不规范，难以直接利用，借助Visio制图软件可方便地实现对作者的电子原图的转换、修改和编辑。随着电子投稿的不断增加，编辑部应该对插图进行必要的规范，以便更好地利用电子稿件资源。

| Abstract: | In China, more and more authors of sci-tech periodicals write papers and draw pictures by using computer directly. However, most graphics are non-standardized according to the National Standard and can not be directly accepted in publication. By using the software Visio 5.0, those problems can be easily solved and most of the graphics can be conveniently transformed, modified, and edited. With the increase of electronic contributions, some requirements for graphics should be put forward by the editorial board, so that the authors' electronic graphics can be efficiently used in editing procession. |
