| 摘 要： | 从学术报道的本质,学术不端与学术失信的表现、影响、防范等方面探讨我国学术不端行为频发的问题,呼吁诚信是学术报道之本,认为宜制订相关法律法规、建设学术诚信联动体制、以行业整治为主等,并介绍中华医学会杂志社的学术不端惩防体系的建设措施。

| Abstract: | This paper explores reasons why academic misconduct happens frequently based on discussing the nature of academic report,behavior,effects and prevention of academic misconduct and academic dishonesty.We call for the academic integrity,and propose to develop relevant laws and regulations and build a linkage system between academia and integrity.Some measures adopted by the Publishing House of Chinese Medical Association to punish and prevent academic misconduct are also presented. |
