| 摘 要： | 结合新一代信息技术的发展动向，分析并展望泛在及融合的网络环境下科技期刊的创新方向和发展路径。科技期刊应该借助信息技术的新发展，提升服务效率，加强信息安全管理；借助各类展示平台创新性的开展在线服务，多渠道提升期刊内容的显示度；通过开展电子商务，全面提升经营能力。

| Abstract: | According to the current development of new generation information technology,this paper analyzes and prospects the innovative direction and development path of sci-tech periodicals.Sci-tech periodicals should improve service efficiency,strengthen information security management,provide creative on-line service and increase the presence of periodicals through various exhibition platforms,and enhance operation capacity by developing e-commerce. |
