| 摘 要： | 应用GoPubMed检索工具，对PubMed收录的国内5种大学医学学报2003-2010年论文进行文献计量学研究，比较各刊发文数、PubMed收摘率、城市分布、高频词等。结果发现《南方医科大学学报》发文数及PubMed收录篇数最多，且城市分布较广，《中南大学学报（医学版）》PubMed收摘率最高，《南方医科大学学报》《北京大学学报（医学版）》《中南大学学报（医学版）》3种学报以人类和患者为研究对象的临床医学方面的论文比例较大。

| Abstract: | By GoPubMed as retrieval tool,5 journals indexed PubMed in Chinese medical universities from 2003 to2010 are objective.Some bibliometric indexes from the 5 journals were collected,compared and analyzed as following: the number of articles,the percentage of articles indexed by PubMed,the city distribution of articles and high-frequency words of articles by PubMed. |
