| Abstract: | Taking Chinese Journal of Rock Mechanics and Engineering as an example,the paper discusses the key functions of editorial board in paper soliciting and inviting,peer review,academic quality controlling,and comments on published papers,etc.Finally,some related countermeasures are presented. |
