| 摘 要： | 为了加强科技期刊编辑队伍建设,提出对编辑业务水平的综合评价方法.这是一种量化考核方法,重在对编辑的实际能力和业绩的考核,其中包括对所办刊物的评价、对工作业绩的评价和对编辑素质的评价.给出了考核的数学模型.这一方法有助于对编辑工作的考核和管理.

| Abstract: | To strengthen the quality of editorial staff,the paper presents comprehensive evaluation method for examining editors' professional level.This method is quantitative examining method,which emphasizes objective facts.It includes: 1) evaluating on the periodical performance,2) evaluating on the achievement of editors,3) evaluating on the professional ability of editors.A mathematic model is given.It will be helpful for management and examination of editorial work. |
