| 摘 要： | 论述科技期刊上网的必要性，纵使科技期刊网站的建设，对科技期刊网的功能进行了规划和设计，主要包括信息发布区、交流讨论区、交互功能区和公共服务。对如何处理好内容建设与印刷版发行、网站推广及功能开发的关系，期刊经营与网站经营的关系进行了探讨。力争做到既促进传统科技期刊的发展，又开拓网上空间。

| Abstract: | Necessity of utilizing network for sci-tech periodicals is discussed. The network function for sci-tech periodicals is planned and designed, which consists of information proclamation area, communication and discussion area, alternate function area, and public service area. The following relations are also discussed: topic organization and printed edition distribution, topic organization and homepage propagation, topic organization and function development, printed periodical management and homepage management, etc. The purpose is to promote the development of sci-tech periodicals and develop the space in Internet. |
