| 摘 要： | <中华护理杂志的影响因子和被引频次常年居于我国科技期刊前列,但是发表时滞偏长,其原因包括可刊文章的数量大于期刊容纳量,审稿及修改件需要较长时间,编辑部对发表时滞的重视不够等.针对这些问题,采取了分流稿件,扩大版面;改进审稿流程,加快退修速度;增强编辑的时效意识,将发表时滞作为工作考评的内容等改进措施,有效缩短了论文的发表周期.
