| 摘 要： | 根据科技期刊计算机信息化的现状,提出建立完整、统一的稿件管理数据库,以满足进一步提高科技期刊信息化管理和网络化水平需要的思想,并以Microsoft Excel为例,论述完整、统一的稿件管理数据库的实现方法及其查询和信息化管理功能.

| Abstract: | According to the status of informationization of sci-tech journals, the authors propose to build a complete and consistent management database of contributions in order to meet the requirements of information and network management of sci-tech journals, and discuss how to build the database in Microsoft Excel and how to realize its information retrieval and management functions. |
