| 摘 要： | 针对目前国内科技编辑的状况，对科技论文的学术把关问题提出看法：对论文出版过程划分阶段，分阶段进行学术把关；在文稿编辑加工过程中，要做到对一般的学术论文进行基础知识把关，对编辑自己熟悉专业内的论文严把专业关。并提出一些有益做法。

| Abstract: | Some opinions about academic quality control by sci-tech editor are presented. The paper publishing process is divided into several stages in this paper. The academic quality control should vary with different stages. In editing process, the basic knowledge of all the papers and the specialized knowledge that one editor masters should be confirmed. Some useful experience is also presented. |
