| 摘 要： | 创建科技信息资源平台是落实国家中长期科技发展规划的战略选择.讨论科技信息资源平台的界定,指出科技期刊是科技信息资源平台的重要内容之一.科技信息资源平台的科学性、开放性、时效性和从众性,要求科技期刊在网络整合出版时,选题必须创新,技术支撑必须朝着规范化-国际化-信息化目标迈进.科技期刊的经营模式和绩效评价可根据期刊定位抉择.

| Abstract: | Setting up the platform of sci-tech information resources is the strategic disposition for the mid-long term sci-tech development plan. The author points out that sci-tech periodicals are one of the important contents in the sci-tech information resources platform. The platform of the sci-tech information resources should be scientific, open, instant and accepted by the public. So, in the process of selecting and compiling the internet information for publishing, the theme selecting should be creative, the technology support should be standardized, internationalized and informative. The operation form and pattern and the evaluation of the achievements and the beneficial results of the sci-tech periodicals depend on their position in this aspect. |
