| 摘 要： | 讨论参考文献引用行为的人为干扰和一稿多投重复发表及抄袭发表对文献计量学引文评价体系的破坏作用,剖析人为因素对影响因子计算的干扰作用.倡导人们要尊重作者写作中的引用行为,严禁限制和规定作者引用行为;建议相同学科期刊编辑部之间建立联系,杜绝重复发表和抄袭发表的出现.促使参考文献的引用和评价体系步入正轨.

| Abstract: | Negative roles which are caused by intervention to citation of references and repetat publication of multi-contribution of one paper and publication of plagiarizing papers were deeply discussed.Intervention by human factors to impact factor was analysed.We advocate that intervention to citation of references should be prohibited and repetat publication and publication of plagiarizing papers should be eliminated via some means.Citation of references and evaluation to them are promoted into normal environment... |
