| Abstract: | The knowledge economy era is coming. The core of the knowledge economy is talents and its key is to bring forth new ideas continuously. The competition of agriculture in knowledge economy era is mainly expressed in the competition of knowledge capital. The central tasks of the agricultural sci tech periodicals in the knowledge economy era are to support bringing forth new ideas in agriculture knowledge, to foster the consciousness with blazing new trails, to accelerate the accumulation of qualified personnel capital and new knowledge and to help increasing the innovation ability of the country. |
