| 摘 要： | 以《广西师范大学学报》为例,总结学报实施参与式编辑培训、建设高素质编辑队伍的措施和经验:较好地实现了编辑个人专业发展与学报发展的结合,提高了编辑队伍的整体素质,调动了每位编辑的主观能动性,从而提高了刊物质量.
