摘    要:以《广西师范大学学报》为例,总结学报实施参与式编辑培训、建设高素质编辑队伍的措施和经验:较好地实现了编辑个人专业发展与学报发展的结合,提高了编辑队伍的整体素质,调动了每位编辑的主观能动性,从而提高了刊物质量.

Abstract:Taking the editorial team of Journal of Guangxi Normal University as an example, this paper analyzes and summarizes the experience on realizing interactive and participative editorial training, so as to establish a highly qualified editorial team, and develop the culture of the editorial office by stimulating editors''initiatives and combining the editors''career development with the journal development.
