| 摘 要： | 对科技期刊编辑部实行目标管理时其目标设定与分解进行了研究.认为:目标的设定与分解应注意双向沟通,目标应具有合理性与可行性,目标应量化或具体化,目标必须具有一致性、动态性及灵活性;管理者应对目标执行过程进行监控以及认真做好目标成果考评工作.

| Abstract: | It is considered that the assignment and decomposition for objects of sci-tech periodicals should be two-way communicated. Objects should be quantized and specified with reasonability, feasibility, consistence, dynamic feature and flexibility. The process of carrying out object management should be kept in control and the achievement assessment should be done conscientiously. |
